Preconstruction Planning
Planning a construction project can be stressful. Let the professionals at Hawaiis Correct Construction alleviate you by assisting you with project planning.
First, we will set up a meeting to discuss goals of the clients project, budget, and deadline. Next we will define objectives of the project, outlining the overall project, look over blueprints and architectural designs as well as big picture goals of the clients. Clients should submit any questions at this time.
From there, we will provide a detailed scope of work that will be performed from start to finish along with what type of equipment and materials that will be required to finish the project.
We will then discuss the budget. Every project begins with an initial budget. We will attempt to see if the project is feasible within the budget or make any suggestions to either change the project within those confines or stretch the budget to accommodate the clients goals.
Then we will set a schedule and acquire proper approvals and permits. Finally, we will move forward to the building stage.

Finish Carpentry - Installing crown molding, baseboards, windows, and other aesthetic appeal.
